We only collect information needed to take and fulfil your restoration order:

• Contact details — your name and mobile/WhatsApp number (used to sign in and to reach you about your order).
• Address — pickup and delivery address, area, city and pincode, so we can collect and return your items.
• Order information — the items you send, the service requested, quotes, order status, and payment records for your order.
• Photos & videos — images of the items you upload so we can assess condition and give an estimate.
• Basic app/usage data — standard technical information (such as app version and error logs) to keep the app working.

How we use your information

• To create, price, process, deliver and track your restoration orders.
• To contact you about your order by phone, call, or WhatsApp.
• To arrange pickup and delivery of your items.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To keep records required for our business and to improve our service.

How your information is stored

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Google Cloud) and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to run the service:

• Service providers — Google Firebase (database, hosting and sign-in) which processes data on our behalf.
• Delivery / logistics — the address and contact details needed to pick up or deliver your items.
• Legal — where required by law or to protect our rights.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at the details below. Deleting your account data will remove your order history from the app.

Children

Our app is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated date.
