What are the charges?
Charges depend on the item and the work required. For example:
- Sports shoes cleaning — ₹500
- Tote bag black recolouring — ₹2,500
- Metal plating — ₹3,000
- Full bag remake / restoration — ₹6,500
Final charges are confirmed after checking the item.
How many days will it take?
We generally take around 8–10 days. The exact timeline depends on the work required, and we’ll confirm it after checking the item.
Do you have pickup and delivery? What does it cost?
Yes.
- Anywhere in Mumbai — Free
- Thane / Navi Mumbai / Panvel — ₹150
- Outside Mumbai, anywhere in India — ₹250 (courier, both ways)
Bulk orders (10–15 pieces or more) and pickups outside India are quoted separately. Please share your full address with PIN code and we’ll confirm it for your area.

Do you repair bags and shoes?
Yes. We clean, repair and restore bags, shoes, sofas, car seats, jackets, helmets and other items made of leather, PU, PVC, suede and similar materials.
Do you repair branded bags and shoes?
Yes, we work on premium and luxury bags, shoes and accessories too.
What all do you do in bag repairs?
We repair and restore zips, handles, lining, stitching, piping, edges, chains, buckles and hardware. We also do colour touch-ups, full recolouring, reshaping, cleaning, polishing, plating and material replacement depending on the condition of the bag.
Can you fix peeling?
In many cases, yes. If the material is chipped or peeling only in one or two places and the material is still strong, we can repair it using a leather filler followed by a spot colour touch-up. However, if the material has become weak, the only option is to replace it. Send us pictures so we can check the material first.
Can you change the colour of a bag?
Yes. Suede and leather are generally good to recolour, because of how they absorb colour.
Will it look like new after repair?
We’ll get it as close as possible, depending on the material and the damage.
Is this worth repairing, or should I buy a new one?
Send us pictures. We’ll check the condition and tell you what can realistically be done.
