What does pickup and drop cost?
Free anywhere in Mumbai. Thane / Navi Mumbai / Panvel: ₹150. Outside Mumbai, anywhere in India: ₹250 by courier, both ways — please pack the item yourself before the courier arrives. Share your full address with PIN code and we will confirm it for your area.
Can you repair a luxury designer bag?
Yes. Designer handbags are most of our work: recent pieces include a Dior tote recoloured from beige to navy, a Gucci Rhyton with its torn lining rebuilt, Ferragamo bags cleaned and recoloured, and a Stella McCartney bag with a peeling finish replaced. We check the leather or coated canvas first, so the right method is used, and you get the exact quote before any work starts.
My bag is peeling. Can it be fixed?
Peeling PU or coated material usually cannot be glued back. We replace the worn surface so the bag keeps its shape and hardware.
