What does pickup and drop cost?
Free anywhere in Mumbai. Thane / Navi Mumbai / Panvel: ₹150. Outside Mumbai, anywhere in India: ₹250 by courier, both ways — please pack the item yourself before the courier arrives. Share your full address with PIN code and we will confirm it for your area.
A wheel on my trolley broke. Can it be replaced?
Yes. Wheels and castors are the most common luggage repair we do, and most brands can be matched or fitted with an equivalent.
My suitcase handle will not go up or down.
The telescopic handle can usually be freed or replaced without touching the rest of the case.
The shell cracked in transit. Is that repairable?
Cracks and broken corners on hard shells can be repaired and refinished. Send a photo of the crack and we will tell you honestly if it is worth it.
Do you repair soft luggage and duffels too?
Yes — zips, handles, lining, wheels and stitching on fabric luggage as well.
Can you pick it up? A suitcase is heavy.
