Questions
What does pickup and drop cost?
Free anywhere in Mumbai. Thane / Navi Mumbai / Panvel: ₹150. Outside Mumbai, anywhere in India: ₹250 by courier, both ways — please pack the item yourself before the courier arrives. Share your full address with PIN code and we will confirm it for your area.
Can the smell inside a helmet be removed?
Yes. The liner and cheek pads come out, are washed and dried fully, and the shell is cleaned inside. That is what the smell is.
My visor is scratched. Can you fix it?
Light haze and swirl marks polish out. Deep scratches in the line of sight do not — for those we tell you to replace the visor rather than sell you a polish.
Can you replace the padding?
Yes, where the model has pads available. Otherwise the existing pads are washed and refoamed if they are still sound.
Will restoring it make the helmet safe again?
No, and we will not claim it. Cleaning does not repair a shell. A helmet that has taken an impact should be replaced, and we will say so when we see it.
How long does it take?
Most helmets are done in a few days, because the padding has to dry completely before it goes back in.
