Questions
What does pickup and drop cost?
Free anywhere in Mumbai. Thane / Navi Mumbai / Panvel: ₹150. Outside Mumbai, anywhere in India: ₹250 by courier, both ways — please pack the item yourself before the courier arrives. Share your full address with PIN code and we will confirm it for your area.
Will the new colour rub off?
We use leather colourants with a protective finish made for daily use.
Can a bag be changed to a completely different colour?
Usually yes, especially from lighter to darker. We confirm after checking the material.
What if the bag is peeling?
Peeling coated material cannot be recoloured well. We replace the surface instead (material change).
