Questions
What does pickup and drop cost?
Free anywhere in Mumbai. Thane / Navi Mumbai / Panvel: ₹150. Outside Mumbai, anywhere in India: ₹250 by courier, both ways — please pack the item yourself before the courier arrives. Share your full address with PIN code and we will confirm it for your area.
Can a faded leather jacket get its colour back?
Usually yes. We clean the leather first, then recolour and seal it. Where the colour has gone unevenly we match the strongest original shade.
My jacket zip is stuck or broken. Can you change it?
Yes. Sliders, pullers and full zip tapes can be replaced, including the front zip, cuffs and pockets.
Do you repair the inside lining?
Yes. Torn lining is restitched, and a lining that has worn through is replaced in a matching cloth.
What about suede and shearling?
Both are cleaned by hand, dry, with no water soaking. Suede is brushed back up after.
