The problem: Worn handles, tired lining and piping, faded colour.
What we did: Leather handles replaced, PVC lining changed, piping repaired, cleaned, colour touched up and embossed. The bag was couriered from the UK and sent back.
The problem: Faded, scuffed leather on four pairs of designer shoes.
What we did: Gucci pair rebuilt with a full colour coat; Ferragamo pair dry cleaned, recoloured and given new heel caps; Hermès pair recoloured with edge colour and leather filler.
The problem: The outer material had worn out.
What we did: Full material change: the bag was remade in new material on its original pattern. Sent in by courier from Chennai.
The problem: The fabric weave had loosened and frayed, and the print had worn off.
What we did: Both bags remade in new material, keeping their shape and hardware.

The problem: Faded colour on the Gucci and Bottega Veneta; a damaged part on the Burberry.
What we did: Gucci given a full colour coat and new edge colour; Bottega Veneta recoloured; Burberry part replaced and restitched.
The problem: Broken handle.
What we did: Handle replaced. Sent in by courier from Kolkata.
The problem: Worn lining, scuffed leather and a faded sole on the heels; stains on the bag.
What we did: Heels given new lining and insoles, leather filler and colour touch-up; Longchamp bag dry cleaned and stains removed.

We check the leather or coated canvas first, so the right method is used, and you get the exact quote before any work starts.
Peeling PU or coated material usually cannot be glued back. We replace the worn surface so the bag keeps its shape and hardware.
