Half of a bag is inside it. A lining that has gone sticky or powdery will keep marking everything you put in it, and no amount of cleaning brings it back.
The actual order of work, so you know what you are paying for.
We look inside first. A tear is a repair. A lining that sheds on your hand is breaking down chemically, and it has to be replaced — the two jobs are not close in size, so this is the first thing we establish.
The bag opens on its own seams. Not new cuts. The bag has to close again on the line it was built on.
The old lining becomes the pattern. Taken out whole where it can be. Every pocket, divider and compartment comes back where it was, the same size.
New lining cut and built up. Pockets, dividers and zips rebuilt into the new panel before it goes in.
Labels move across. Brand labels and serial tags are lifted and stitched into the new lining wherever they will come away intact.
Closed on the original stitch line. Back through the same holes, so the outside of the bag does not show that the inside is new.
What this cannot do
A label glued or heat-set into the old lining may not survive removal — we tell you before we try
Structural foam and card inside a bag that has collapsed is a separate rebuild
A smell that has soaked into the leather itself, not the lining, needs cleaning as well

Questions
What does pickup and drop cost?
Free anywhere in Mumbai. Thane / Navi Mumbai / Panvel: ₹150. Outside Mumbai, anywhere in India: ₹250 by courier, both ways — please pack the item yourself before the courier arrives. Share your full address with PIN code and we will confirm it for your area.
Why has my bag lining gone sticky?
Most linings are coated fabric. Humidity breaks the coating down until it turns sticky and then flakes. It cannot be cleaned back; the lining is replaced.
Can I choose the new lining colour?
Yes. We show you what suits the bag and you choose.
Will the outside of the bag be affected?
No. The bag is opened along its existing seams and closed back through the same stitch holes.
