The actual order of work, so you know what you are paying for.
We map what has actually failed. Peeling spreads outward from where the piece is handled. Replacing a panel that is about to go is cheaper than opening the bag twice, so we show you the map before you decide.
Material is matched. Grain, weight, sheen and colour, held against the piece in daylight. The new panel has to read as part of the bag, not as a patch.
The failed panel comes out on its seams. So the replacement can go back on the same lines.
The new panel is cut to the original pattern. The old panel is the pattern. Same shape, same allowances.
Stitched back on the original lines. Through the original holes wherever they will take it.
Edges and colour blended. Edges rebuilt and the join blended so the eye does not stop at it.
What this cannot do
An exact match for an unusual embossed or printed material is not always possible — we show you the closest before starting
Where more than half the body has failed, making the bag new is usually the better answer
Very soft unstructured bags can sit differently after a panel change, and we say so first

Questions
What does pickup and drop cost?
Free anywhere in Mumbai. Thane / Navi Mumbai / Panvel: ₹150. Outside Mumbai, anywhere in India: ₹250 by courier, both ways — please pack the item yourself before the courier arrives. Share your full address with PIN code and we will confirm it for your area.
Can a peeling PU bag be saved?
Usually, yes — but not by recolouring, because there is no sound surface for colour to hold. The peeled sections are replaced.
Will the new panel match?
It is matched in grain, weight and colour to the piece as it is now. On a bag with several panels, we sometimes recommend doing neighbours together for an even result.
Can you change the material to something different?
Yes. Some customers take the chance to move from PU to leather.
