The actual order of work, so you know what you are paying for.
The upper is judged first. If the upper is cracked through or the stitching has gone, a new sole is money spent on a shoe that will not last it. We say so before you spend it.
The old sole comes off. Lifted cleanly. Leftover adhesive is the reason a resoled shoe separates again six months later, so it all goes.
The surface is prepared. Roughed and cleaned so the new bond holds against flexing, wet roads and heat.
The new sole is fitted and pressed. Matched to the shoe in weight and flex, then pressed properly — hand pressure is not enough for a bond that has to last.
Heels rebuilt to height. Tips and blocks replaced so the pair stands level. A heel rebuilt on one shoe alone leaves you walking crooked.
Edges trimmed, dressed and coloured. Then the welt line is finished so it reads as one shoe, not a repair.
What this cannot do
A sneaker midsole that has crumbled to powder cannot be rebuilt — that is a full sole replacement, if the model allows one
Some moulded and injected sneaker soles cannot be separated from the upper without damage
A cracked-through upper needs repair before any sole is worth fitting

Questions
What does pickup and drop cost?
Free anywhere in Mumbai. Thane / Navi Mumbai / Panvel: ₹150. Outside Mumbai, anywhere in India: ₹250 by courier, both ways — please pack the item yourself before the courier arrives. Share your full address with PIN code and we will confirm it for your area.
Can you replace a sneaker sole?
On many models, yes. Moulded and injected soles are judged case by case, and we tell you after seeing the shoe.
Do I have to do both shoes?
For heels, yes — a pair has to stand level. For a sole, usually both, because two different soles wear unevenly.
Can you fix a heel that snapped off?
Heel tips and blocks are replaced routinely. A heel that has broken inside its structure is assessed in hand.
