Delhi has no shortage of good bags and very few people who will touch them properly. Your piece goes by courier to our workshop in Mumbai, is restored by the same artisans who handle Mumbai’s designer work, and comes back to your door.
How it works from Delhi
- Send photographs on WhatsApp. The whole piece, and a close shot of whatever is wrong.
- We quote. A price and a timeline, before anything is collected.
- Courier pickup from your address — ₹250 anywhere in India, about 2–3 days each way to reach us.
- We photograph it on arrival and send you the pictures, so we both agree on its condition.
- The work is done in Mumbai by hand, and you get progress photos.
- It comes back to your door once the balance is paid.
Winters in Delhi dry leather out and the summer dust gets into the grain; most Delhi pieces we see need feeding and a deep clean before anything else.

Delhi falls in the ₹250 courier band. The restoration is quoted separately and always in advance.

Everywhere, in practice — a courier is a courier. Most of our Delhi work comes from Lutyens’ Delhi, Golf Links, Vasant Vihar, Defence Colony, Greater Kailash and Shanti Niketan.

Questions from Delhi
Do you have a shop in Delhi?
No — we are one workshop in Andheri West, Mumbai, and that is deliberate: the same artisans do every piece. Your bag travels to us by courier and comes back to your door. Transit is about 2–3 days each way.
What does it cost to send it from Delhi?
₹250 covers courier pickup from anywhere in India outside our Mumbai area. The repair itself is quoted separately, from your photographs, before anything is collected.
How long will the whole thing take?
Around 8–10 days of work for most pieces, plus 2–3 days courier both ways. We confirm the timeline with your quote.
Is my bag safe in transit?
We use a tracked courier, we photograph your piece the moment it reaches us and again before it goes back, and you see both. If something is not right, you tell us before it leaves.
How do I pay from Delhi?
A payment link on WhatsApp — UPI, card or net banking. You pay after you have approved the quote, and the balance before the piece is returned.
