We get a good deal of hardware work from Surat: buckles, chains and zips that have lost their plating. Those we re-plate rather than replace where we can.

No — we are one workshop in Andheri West, Mumbai, and that is deliberate: the same artisans do every piece. Your bag travels to us by courier and comes back to your door. Transit is about 1–2 days each way.

How long will the whole thing take?
Around 8–10 days of work for most pieces, plus 1–2 days courier both ways. We confirm the timeline with your quote.
Is my bag safe in transit?
We use a tracked courier, we photograph your piece the moment it reaches us and again before it goes back, and you see both. If something is not right, you tell us before it leaves.
How do I pay from Surat?
A payment link on WhatsApp — UPI, card or net banking. You pay after you have approved the quote, and the balance before the piece is returned.
