← HomeWe restore pieces for customers in Saudi Arabia. Send photographs on WhatsApp, we quote in rupees, and you decide before anything travels.
With someone travelling. Most of our overseas work arrives in a suitcase — a parent, a cousin, a colleague flying to India. It costs nothing, and we hold the finished piece until somebody is flying back.
By international courier. When nobody is travelling, we help you arrange it and tell you the cost for your address first. Overseas charges are not fixed — they depend on weight, country and carrier — so we quote, we do not guess.
Desert dust works into stitching and hardware. A deep clean usually does more for the look of a bag than any repair.
Al Olaya, Al Nakheel, Diplomatic Quarter and Hittin — though it makes no difference to us where in Riyadh you are, since nothing is collected by hand from outside Mumbai.
Real pieces from our own book, photographed before and after. The item itself is never retouched — only the background and the lighting.

Two ways. Most people send it with family or friends travelling to India — it costs nothing and it is the way most of our overseas work arrives. Otherwise an international courier, which we help you arrange.
We do not quote a fixed figure, because it changes with weight, courier and country. We work it out for your address and tell you before anything moves. What we will not do is give you a number now and a different one later.
Sending a piece for repair and having it returned is normal, but duties and paperwork in Saudi Arabia are set by your country, not by us. We declare the piece honestly as a repair item and send you everything you need from the India side.
Cost and craft. This work is done by hand, and hand work in Mumbai costs a fraction of what the same hours cost in Saudi Arabia — by people who do nothing else all day.
A payment link that takes international cards, or a bank transfer in rupees. You approve the quote first, and nothing starts before that.
Around 8–10 days of work for most pieces. Shipping each way depends on how the piece travels, and we tell you the full timeline with the quote.
