Some bags really are past saving. But on a good bag, the hardware and the best leather are still excellent quality.
What can be made from it
- A wallet or card holder from the leather that is still good.
- A smaller bag or pouch using the original hardware, zips and logo plate.
- A key holder or bag charm from the smallest good pieces.
- Even a branded shopping bag can be made into something you will use.

- Send photos of the whole bag and the damage.
- We tell you what is still good and what it could become.
- You choose, we make it, and you get it back with free pickup and drop in Mumbai.
Ask before you throw it away. Many bags that look finished need one panel or new handles, not a remake.
